Warner RecordsWale has shared new details regarding his hotly anticipated sixth studio album.
Monday, the DMV lyricist announced the forthcoming effort’s title as well as release date in a playful new trailer, titled Therapy Sessions. In the J. Stone Alston-directed clip, Wale flexes his comedic chops as he begrudgingly explains the issues he’s been having with his record label.
“What happens in therapy, stays in therapy,” the rapper’s therapist, played by Tetona Jackson, says reassuringly — at which point two different versions of Wale appear and ease into the chairs to the right and left of him.
The short concludes with the official reveal of the project’s
