Tyler Perry reveals he has “no writers' room” on his any of his TV shows

ABC NewsTyler Perry is clearly a well-oiled machine.

In a new Instagram post, the accomplished director-producer revealed that he writes all of his own TV shows without the help of a writers’ room.

“I don’t know if you know this, but all shows on television have a writers’ room and most of the time there are ten people, 12, whatever that write on these television shows,” Perry explained in a video, that showed off his stacks of TV show scripts. “I have no writers’ room. Nobody writes any of my work. I write it all.”

“I wrote all of these scripts by myself in 2019,”
