Travis Scott and Big Boi slammed online after agreeing to perform at Super Bowl with Maroon 5

Travis Scott and Big Boi are facing some online backlash now that they’ve officially been announced as Supr Bowl halftime performers, along with Maroon 5. 

Upon learning of the rappers’ involvement in the show, fans took to social media to air their grievances. “Big Boi, like Travis Scott, just said f*** Black folks, Kaepernick & the fight against police brutality,” one Twitter user wrote. 

“So @BigBoi you want this to be your legacy…selling out your people in the process,” chimed in another.

“Disappointed in @BigBoi & @trvisXX for selling the culture,” another fan added. 

According to Variety, Scott only agreed to perform if the NFL agreed to join him in donating
