Thanksgiving “Blessings”: Big Sean provides holiday dinners for 5,000 Detroit families

Sean Anderson FoundationBig Sean is living up to the title of his triple-platinum “Blessings” hit by making it a Happy Thanksgiving for 5,000 families in his hometown of Detroit

The five-time Grammy nominee’s Sean Anderson Foundation is hosting its seventh annual All-Star Giveback: Thanksgiving Edition on Tuesday in the Motor City. The 31-year-old rapper will be joined at the event by two sports legends –- NBA Hall of Famer Gary Payton from the Seattle Supersonics, and former boxing champion Thomas “Hitman” Hearns, who grew up in Detroit.

Two more entertainers from Detroit will also participate — 10-year old actress Leah Jeffries from Empire, and rapper Sada Baby. The stars will spread
