Courtesy of Amazon StudiosSylvie’s Love star Nnamdi Asomugha has joined the cast of Netflix’s serial killer thriller, The Good Nurse, reports Deadline.
The film tells “the true story of the pursuit and capture of Charlie Cullen, a nurse who is regarded as one of the most prolific serial killers in history,” and is based on the book by Charles Graeber.
Cullen — who was a married father and a once trusted caretaker — is now known as the “Angel of Death,” having been implicated in the deaths of as many as 300 patients over 16 years. Asomugha is set to play one of the police detectives who investigates the deaths.
