‘Stranger Things’ star Finn Wolfhard to host, A$AP Rocky to perform on first ‘SNL’ of 2026

‘Stranger Things’ star Finn Wolfhard is set to guest host the first episode of Saturday Night Live in 2026, with A$AP Rocky serving as musical guest for the episode, set to resume on Saturday, January 17, 2026. The fifth and final season of Wolfhard’s sci-fi thriller ‘Stranger Things’ just wrapped up on Dec. 31. The last episode of SNL for 2025 featured Ariana Grande as guest host, and Cher as the musical guest. It also was the final episode for longtime cast member Bowen Yang, who exited the show in the middle of his seventh season on the Dec. 20,
