Rolling Loud Hong Kong canceled due to security concerns

ABC/Randy HolmesThe first Rolling Loud festival scheduled in Hong Kong has been canceled due to the ongoing political protests in the city.

Migos, Wiz Khalifa and Playboi Carti were among the stars scheduled to perform on October 19 and 20 at Art Park in West Kowloon. 

“After consulting with security experts, it has been determined that it is not possible to organize the upcoming Rolling Loud Hong Kong edition as we had hoped without endangering the safety and well-being of our fans, artists, and staff,” a statement from Rolling Loud reads, according to Pollstar.
