Aftermath/Interscope/ShadyEminem claims in his song “The Ringer” from his 2018 a+lbum, Kamikaze, that he was interviewed by the Secret Service regarding anti-Trump lyrics. Now the government has reportedly confirmed that incident.
In the song, Slim Shady rapped, “Cause Agent Orange just sent the Secret Service/To meet in person to see if I really think of hurtin’ him.”
In a 40-page document obtained by BuzzFeed, the Secret Service admits that they did, in fact, speak to Eminem. They wrote the song “Framed” contains “threatening lyrics,” and that Eminem was “exhibiting inappropriate behavior” that “threatens protectee.”
