Kim Kardashian has reportedly requested to be granted a divorce from Kanye West — without her estranged husband’s approval.
Radar Online reports that her lawyer, Laura Wasser, made the motion in court because Kim claims that Kanye has been served with the divorce papers and has not responded.
The motion reportedly reads: “[Kanye] and I both deserve the opportunity to build new lives. Therefore, I am asking that my request to bifurcate and terminate our marital status be granted.
