An unnamed woman filed a $10 million lawsuit against the three-time Grammy winner, claiming that he assaulted her on January 1, 2018 in Miami, according to The Blast.
The lawsuit claims Songz “sexually assaulted and battered Jane Doe” by touching her intimately without her consent, the lawsuit claims.
The woman claims the incident occurred at Miami’s E11even nightclub after a New Year’s Eve party at Diddy’s house, and that the singer did something similar to another woman in the nightclub that same evening.
