The “Woo” rapper received a nomination in the International Album of the Year category of the Canadian Grammy equivalent for his debut album, Shoot for the Stars, Aim for the Moon.
It’s been over a year since 20-year-old Pop Smoke was shot and killed during a home invasion in Hollywood Hills, where he was staying in February 2020. Five months later, Pop’s team released his posthumous debut, which was executive-produced by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson.
