Offset sparks Twitter debate with comment, “Sorry but hip-hop is black culture”

The Migos rapper wrote, “Sorry but hip hop is black culture don’t speak or give game if u don’t have black culture duh.”

Hundreds of people responded with divided comments, some of which supported Offset’s tweet, while numerous others took issue with it.

“This is a great way to divide people which I’m sure you’re against,” one person responded.” There are a lot of people of different ethnicities that support you. Can’t grasp how hip hop is secluded to black people when all ethnicities enjoy it.”
