During the 2019 American Portrait Gala, the former First Lady sported a yellow dress topped with a sparkling corset-style overlay. Obama also stunned with soft sultry wavy hair to complete the look.
She wore it to present Lin-Manuel Miranda with the Portrait of a Nation Prize, and posted a photo of them together on Instagram.
