The 22-year-old rapper, born Bill Kapri, claims on Instagram that he was pepper-sprayed by a corrections officer, which rendered him unable to defend himself during a fight with another inmate at Miami’s Federal Detention Center. Black added that previously, he was laced with an unknown substance which made him feel like he was “dying slowly,” and his request for medical attention was denied.
