Kodak Black will not be going back to prison after he reportedly agreed to a plea deal Wednesday for a sexual assault charge.
The “Zeze” rapper was originally indicted on a first-degree sexual misconduct charge for allegedly assaulting a teenage girl in a hotel room in Florence County, South Carolina in 2016 following a club performance, and faced ten years in jail if convicted.
