During the recorded call, which was shared on Instagram, the gospel singer can be heard yelling several curse words at his son, who allegedly “disrespected” him.
On Saturday, Kirk posted a video on Twitter, in which he addresses details behind the scornful phone conversation he had with his 32-year-old son, Kerrion Franklin.
Kirk explained it was a “private family matter” that has now become public, and that hes had a “toxic” relationship with his son over the years, which he’s attempted to mend through counseling and therapy.
