Killer Mike recalls “good times” with DMX: “He taught people you can love through suffering”

Steve WestKiller Mike sends his condolences to rapper DMX, who remains in grave condition following a heart attack. 

On Thursday, TMZ caught up with Killer Mike, who discussed he legacy of his hip hop friend. 

“His greatest legacy are his 15 children,” says Mike. “Musically, he has been an amazing man.”

“I’ve had a lot of good times with ,” Mike went on, recalling some of their run-ins over the years. “The last time I saw him he was singing Christmas carols to a table at a Waffle House making everyone very happy.”

The Atlanta rapper-and-entrepreneur says a bigger part of DMX’s legacy is the lessons he’s taught through his music
