Kerry Washington and Larry Wilmore to bring legal drama 'Reasonable Doubt' to ABC

ABC/ Heidi GutmanKerry Washington is teaming up with Sterling K. Brown for a brand new action film.

According to Deadline, the two have been tapped to star in Leon Chills‘ scripted action drama Shadow Force. The film, described as a “fresh take on Mr. and Mrs. Smith,” will also be produced by Washington and Brown via their respective production companies, Simpson Street and Indian Meadows Productions.

There is no word yet on who will distribute the film.

This is the latest project for Washington, who will soon star in American Son for Netflix and the Lynn Shelton-directed limited Hulu series Little Fires Everywhere.
