ABC/Kelsey McNealSean “Diddy” Combs wants to send “a clear message” as executive producer of the upcoming film, 2 Distant Strangers.
On Thursday, the music mogul shared the trailer to the movie, which was written and co-directed by Travon Free.
“This film truly captures and communicates how the Black community feels everyday in America and hopefully this is the LAST TIME we have to try to explain this to the world!” wrote Diddy in the caption on Instagram, where he posted the trailer.
Diddy said he was “honored” to work with Free, executive producer Van Lathan and the film’s stars, rapper Joey Bada$$ and actor Jessie Williams, whom he called his “brothers.”
