Don Cheadle talks working “the latest GOAT” LeBron James on 'Space Jam: A New Legacy'

Amy Sussman/Getty ImagesDon Cheadle says he couldn’t pass up the opportunity to star in the upcoming film Space Jam: A New Legacy. The 56-year-old actor plays Al-G Rhythm in the sequel to the animated 1996 classic, opposite LeBron James.

Cheadle told Entertainment Weekly that he was immediately drawn to his “character, what was going to happen with LeBron, the of the film and the opportunity to take a classic title like that and do another spin on it with the latest GOAT, being LeBron.”
