Despite reports, Colin Kaepernick and Travis Scott didn't come to a “mutual understanding” about the Super Bowl, says Kap's camp

ABC/Randy HolmesColin Kaepernick and company are denying reports that Travis Scott consulted with the former NFL player prior to accepting his Super Bowl halftime gig. 

As previously reported, per Variety, the “Sicko Mode” star and Kaepernick had “at least one phone conversation,” in which a source claims they did not necessarily agree on the matter but shared a “mutual respect and understanding.”

But now, Kaepernick’s girlfriend Nessa Nitty is shooting down such claims.  Wednesday, the radio personality took to Twitter to clarify the situation.

“There is NO mutual respect and there is NO understanding for anyone working against @Kaepernick7 PERIOD,” she tweeted followed by the hashtag #StopLying.
