Cordae explains how joy and pain inspired his new album, 'From a Bird's Eye View'

On Friday, Cordae dropped his second solo album, From a Bird’s Eye View, which features an all-star lineup that includes Stevie Wonder, Lil Wayne, Eminem, H.E.R. and Roddy Ricch.

The project was inspired by a wide variety of Cordae’s experiences in 2020, including being arrested at a Black Lives Matter rally, exploring Africa for the first time, and grieving over the death of his childhood best friend.
