Chance the Rapper has removed R. Kelly collaboration from streaming platforms

ABC/Randy HolmesChance the Rapper is further distancing himself from R. Kelly by pulling their collaboration “Somewhere in Paradise” from certain streaming services. 

As of Tuesday, the 2015 effort is no longer available on Spotify, Apple Music or Tidal. However, the single remains on SoundCloud. 

The purging of the Jeremih-assisted track arrives in the wake of Lifetime’s Surviving R. Kelly expose, a documentary which details the decades-long allegations of sexual and psychological abuse against the singer. 

Chance voiced his disapproval of Kelly during the film, in a brief clip of an interview with culture critic Jamilah Lemieux.
