Beyonce's company being sued because her website allegedly violates the Americans with Disabilities Act

Beyoncé‘s official website is at the center of a class action lawsuit, the Hollywood Reporter has learned. 

According to the report, a New York woman named Mary Conner is taking legal action against the singer’s Parkwood Entertainment company. Conner claims that Beyonce.com violates the Americans With Disabilities Act because it allegedly denies “equal access” to visually-impaired visitors.

In the suit, Conner claims to have “no vision whatsoever” and has asked the court for an injunction forcing Parkwood to revamp the site to comply with the ADA.

Conner’s attorney Dan Shaked further claims that his client “dreams” of one day experiencing a live performance from the Everything Is Love star. However, Conner has “encountered
