After Super Bowl Emmy win, Eminem wants to play in the NFL

Eminem became an Emmy winner Saturday night for starring in the NFL’s Super Bowl halftime show — and he may want a spot on the field next.

The halftime show, which also featured Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, Mary J. Blige, Kendrick Lamar and 50 Cent, won three awards at the 2022 Creative Arts Emmy Awards in Los Angeles: Outstanding Variety Special, Outstanding Production Design for a Variety Special and Outstanding Music Direction.

Now Slim Shady is one award away from attaining the coveted EGOT status of winning entertainment’s four most prestigious honors.
