Report: Drake sues Hebrew Hustle music company for illegal use of his name and image

Republic RecordsAfter being sued by the Hebrew Hustle music company over a sample in 2013, Drake is reportedly firing back with his own lawsuit for alleged illegal use of his name and image.

The production, management and publishing company originally sued Drizzy for using a sample without permission in the song “Pound Cake/Paris Morton Music 2,” featuring JAY Z, on Drake’s his 2013 album, Nothing Was the Same, according to TMZ.  The charges were denied in court last year, and now Drake is suing the company for illegal use of his name and image. His attorneys also say they wouldn’t allow Hebrew Hustle
