Neil FavilaLil Yachty now has a license to smoke: He’s been cast as the star of How High 2.
The Atlanta rapper begins production on the stoner film Tuesday in his hometown, according to Variety.
Yachty will play an entrepreneur named Roger who’s the brother of one of the lead characters from the original How High in 2001, which starred Method Man and Redman. They portrayed failing students who miraculously achieved perfect scores on their college entrance exams and attended Harvard University, all with the help of marijuana.
In How High 2, Roger and his friend go “on a magical hash-fueled journey to fund their on-demand munchies delivery start-up.”
