Apple rejects Dr. Dre TV series “Vital Signs” due to graphic content

Jason LaVeris/FilmMagicWe’re going to have to wait a while longer to see that secret TV series Dr. Dre was producing for Apple Music — if we see it at all.  The show’s been rejected due to graphic content.

The former N.W.A. member has worked on the six-episode series called Vital Signs for two years.  However, Apple CEO Tim Cook refuses to promote the project because of its depiction of violence, sex and drug sue, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Cook viewed the series and was “troubled” by the project, which reportedly includes use of cocaine and an explicit orgy. He told executive producer Jimmy Iovine that the company couldn’t distribute
