J. Cole sets new date for Dreamville Festival, postponed due to Hurricane Florence

Suzi Pratt/WireImageJ. Cole has set a new date for his Dreamville Festival after he was forced to postpone the event due to Hurricane Florence.

The new date in April 6, 2019 in Raleigh, North Carolina, and the festival will now double as a benefit for victims of the hurricane.

The rapper from Raleigh commented on Instagram that he considered cancelling the fest, but decided to reschedule due to “unwavering support from our fans.”

“We hope that fans in North Carolina and across the world will not only join in celebrating the very first Dreamville Festival,” he wrote, “but also the resilience of this amazing community.”
