Drake sues woman who accused him of sexual assault and getting her pregnant

Republic RecordsDrake is suing a woman who claimed he sexually assaulted her and got her pregnant.

According to People.com, the “In My Feelings” rapper filed a lawsuit Tuesday against Laquana Morris, who works in the adult industry under the name Layla Lace.  Drake’s seeking damages for civil extortion, intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process, fraud, and defamation.

According to Drake’s lawsuit, he and Morris had consensual, protected sex after a concert in Manchester, England in February 2017. Later, Morris claimed in a radio interview that Drake impregnated her. He claims that in May 2017, she hired a lawyer who demanded money from him
