— Idris Elba’s got a new project lined up. According to Variety, the actor is set to star in and executive-produce a new thriller for Apple TV+ called Hijack. It’s a seven-part drama series in which Elba plays a business negotiator whose skills become needed when a plane he’s riding on gets hijacked. Hijack will be the first project to debut from Elba’s first-look deal with Apple, which he signed in 2020.
