Kanye West says his social media posts about Kim Kardashian shouldn't be used against him in their divorce

After blasting Kim Kardashian on Instagram, Kanye West says in a new court filing that his social media posts shouldn’t be used against him in their divorce battle, according to Billboard.

Yeezy was responding to his estranged wife’s claims in court filings that his Instagram posts caused her “emotional distress.”

Kardashian wrote, “Kanye has been putting a lot of misinformation regarding our private family matters and co-parenting on social media which has created emotional distress.
