Kanye West explains incident that led to investigation by the LAPD

After Kanye West was named as a suspect in a criminal battery investigation on January 13 by the Los Angeles Police Department, Ye is explaining how he was enraged by a person who he says was taunting him.

The incident occurred early Thursday morning at South Santa Fe Avenue and Bay Street in downtown Los Angeles, outside of Soho Warehouse, a members-only club, according to the LAPD.
