Madonna calls out Tory Lanez for alleged “illegal usage” of “Into the Groove”

Madonna is not feeling Tory Lanez’ “groove.”

The Material Girl is accusing the Canadian rapper of “illegal usage” of her 1985 number-one dance single, “Into the Groove,” for his latest track, “Pluto’s Last Comet.”

“Read your messages for illegal usage of my song get into the groove!” Madonna commented publicly on one of Lanez’ recent Instagram posts, apparently indicating that she attempted to message him privately.

“Into the Groove” was featured in the 1985 film Desperately Seeking Susan, starring Madonna in the title role.
