Post Malone is safe after scary emergency plane landing

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagicFollowing his MTV VMA win Monday night, Post Malone found himself in a nightmare scenario Tuesday afternoon: The plane he was on had to make an emergency landing after two of its tires blew off during takeoff.

The FAA told ABC News in a statement that the Gulfstream Aerospace G-IV aircraft landed safely at Stewart International Airport in New Windsor, NY just before 4 p.m. on Tuesday.  ABC News has confirmed that Post was indeed on the flight, along with 15 other people.

The rapper tweeted, “i landed guys. thank you for your prayers.
