Drake pulls “Splash Brothers” from French Montana album

Fans will have to wait a little while longer the hear French Montana and Drake‘s song, “Splash Brothers.”

The track was set to appear on French’s upcoming album, They Got Amnesia, due out Friday, but Variety confirmed that Drake pulled the song out of respect for victims of the Astroworld tragedy that occurred on November 5. 

It’s expected that “Splash Brothers” will appear on a deluxe or extended version of Montana’s album whenever that drops. However, some fans believe the track was taken off the project because of the Canadian rapper’s lyrics.
