Things aren’t always as they appear — just ask Saweetie.
After photos of the “Best Friend” rapper sitting next to Roddy Ricch at a Lakers game began to circulate online, so did rumors that the two were dating, which Saweetie seemed to swiftly shut down.
Taking to Twitter on Saturday, the 28-year-old artist wrote, “So avoid sitting next to men in public places otherwise the world assumes y’all are dating … got it,” followed by the green check mark emoji.
For what it’s worth, the two rappers don’t appear to be coupled up in the photos. Ricch has not yet addressed
