Big Sean launches mental health initiative with his mother

In support of Mental Health Awareness month in May, Big Sean and his mother, Myra Anderson, are launching a new series of wellness videos.

The videos, which are presented by the rapper’s Sean Anderson Foundation, will be released every Saturday during the month and will see the duo cover a variety of topics including sleep, meditation, diet, exercise, and something called “the emotional freedom technique.”

Explaining the reasoning behind the project, Anderson said in a statement, “Sean and I wanted to share some of the no- or low-cost techniques that we have used over the years to help us attain and maintain
