Cardi B slams joke about “WAP” being more welcome in schools than Dr. Seuss

The 28-year-old Grammy winner took aim at comedian Tim Young for claiming children’s author Dr. Seuss is not as popular in schools as “WAP.”

“The lyrics to ‘Wet Ass P****’ are more welcome in some schools than Dr. Seuss books… just let that sink in for a minute,” the conservative comedian said on Twitter Monday.

The comparison comes shortly after Seuss’ estate removed six of his books from circulation for depicting “hurtful and wrong” imagery, of which Dr. Seuss Enterprises said in a statement.
