Solange shares the director's cut of her dazzling visual film, 'When I Get Home'

Courtesy of SolangeIn 2019, Solange blessed fans with her fourth album, When I Get Home, along with an accompanying visual. To celebrate its two-year anniversary, the multitalented singer and visual artist has released a new, remastered director’s cut of the film on the streaming service, Criterion Channel. 

According to a press release, the director’s cut will also be accompanied by digital activations which will take place on Solange’s BlackPlanet website throughout the week, including special screenings of various performances and art installations that have taken place since When I Get Home’s release. It will also feature a digital quilt personally collaged by Solange with images and stories from fans about the album’s impact on their life.
