Tina Knowles-Lawson pens letter to her son-in-law Jay-Z to celebrate his champagne deal with LVMH

In a lengthy “love letter” on Instagram, Beyoncé‘s mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson said she was inspired to honor her son-in-law after his Roc Nation label helped curate the music and entertainment for Super Bowl LV. 

“Everyone was psyched about it! Each person that performed Jazmine Sullivan, H.E.R., and The Weeknd all slaying their performances and making Black Excellence shine and us all proud,” she wrote in the caption. “I could not help but remember when J took on being in charge of the Entertainment
