People reports that the “Suge” rapper was charged with one count of battery and booked by Miami police at 11:49 pm.
DaBaby, born Jonathan Lyndale Kirk, was reportedly taken into custody after being questioned regarding a robbery investigation. According to the arrest report, there were two victims in the alleged robbery, including a promoter who allegedly agreed to pay the rapper $30,000 for a performance.
The report states that on Thursday afternoon, the promoter allegedly gave DaBaby only $20,000.
