Knowles sits down with GMA‘s Michael Strahan for the one-on-one, during which he shares what it was like to break the news of his diagnosis to his family. GMA tweeted a promo for the interview Tuesday, with Knowles also tweeting an invitation to tune in for a “special announcement.”
